Part-time RN Supervisor (Fridays & Saturdays 2nd Shift)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time RN Supervisor for 2nd shift (Fridays and Saturdays, 3PM - 11PM) in a skilled nursing facility.

• Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high-quality resident care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and systems to promote resident rights and consistent care.
• Conduct regular nursing rounds across all units to monitor resident well-being and safety.
• Ensure protection against abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on planning, policy, and administrative decisions related to nursing services.

Qualifications include an active RN license, degree from an accredited program, and ideally, at least three years of long-term care experience. Familiarity with state regulations, Medicare / Medicaid, and PCC software is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and medical equipment is required.
