Transfer Student Recruiter
Full Consideration Date : 11 / 11 / 2025
Primary Function : Recruits new transfer students to the University; interviews, counsels, and advises prospective students and parents, visits community colleges focusing on those with TRIO groups including out of state community colleges; evaluates credentials of prospective students and evaluates transfer courses and determines UNI equivalencies; assists with on and off campus recruitment events; manages a recruitment territory; and serves as in office resource for non-traditional transfer students.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree; at least two years of experience in admissions, marketing, or related student affairs field; demonstrated success in student recruitment and territory management; excellent communication skills; and ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and counselors and work within a team environment required. Frequent travel and occasional night and weekend work will be necessary.

Compensation : $21.00 to commensurate pay grade : 118 Pay Basis : Hourly
