Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Medication Refill Center Pharmacist-Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

Manage prescription refill requests submitted to the clinic departments

Work on approvals for refill renewal requests under a scope of practice agreement

Collaborate with pharmacies, providers, and patients regarding medication refills

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college; advanced degree preferred

Licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Massachusetts by the hire date

Two to three years of related experience; QS1 experience preferred

Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy procedures and systems

Experience with information systems and proficiency in standard healthcare software
