Project Executive

About the Company : A well-established real estate and construction group based in Bergen County, NJ is seeking a Project Executive to lead a portfolio of high-impact projects across the East Coast.

About the Role : This is a senior leadership role focused on execution, delivery, and oversight of Project Managers and Senior PMs running complex renovations, occupied rehabs, and additions in urban environments.

Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage multiple project teams through construction execution
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards
• Oversee PMs and Senior PMs, providing strategic direction and operational support
• Build strong internal processes and foster team accountability
• Travel as needed to NYC-based projects and other regional sites

Qualifications :

Pay range and compensation package : $200,000–$250,000 base + Bonus and Benefits
