We are seeking a part time Office / Admin Assistant to help maintain our office.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to, :
File / organize paperwork as needed
Answering the phone
Process incoming jobs
Prepare invoices and shipping paperwork
Enter A / P and A / R invoices
Data Entry
Ideal candidates for this position :
Knowledge of Excel, Word and Quickbooks
Ability to prioritize work assignments / critical tasks and multitask
Good communication skills (over the phone and in person)
