Director, Enterprise Security Sales

Overview

Director, Enterprise Security Sales at Datadog — You will lead a team of high-performing Security Sales Specialists responsible for driving the adoption of our security platform across key Enterprise accounts. You will shape go-to-market security strategies, coach team members on partnering with Enterprise Account Executives on deal cycles, and ensure alignment across sales and ecosystem teams.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Security Sales Specialists, providing regular coaching, performance feedback, and professional development to ensure team success.
• Guide your team in executing full security sales cycles—from discovery through technical close—in partnership with Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise and GTM leadership to ensure security specialists are fully leveraged in net-new logo acquisition and expansion efforts.
• Serve as a senior voice for Datadog Security solutions in the field, supporting your team in high-value engagements with CISOs, SecOps, and GRC stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Partner, Channel, and Alliance teams to shape and execute joint GTM motions, and support co-sell strategies with external and internal stakeholders.
• Track competitive developments, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to ensure the team is equipped to position Datadog as a leader in cloud security.
