Wealth Advisory Services Development Participant

Transitions through departments on a specified curriculum designed by the department to provide an overview of the Wealth Advisory Services development participant role, meets with department managers and staff throughout the curriculum, and observes and learns new skills.

Essential Requirements :

• Completes all assigned training, receiving a passing score on all exams.
• Learns staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
• Completes licensing and designation requirements as assigned per department.
• Observes experienced staff to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
• Works with the Manager, Employee Engagement and Talent Development to set goals and objectives for first year.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
• Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
• Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.

Education : Bachelor's Degree required. Travel Requirements : Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc.
