Job description

Residential Service Electrician Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric

Must have valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License

Location : Cincinnati, OH (West Chester, OH)

Work Type : Full-Time

Schedule : MondayFriday with rotating Saturdays

Compensation : $70,000 $120,000+ annually (Base Hourly Pay + Performance and Efficiency Incentives)

Sign On Bonus of up to $10,000 for TOP PERFORMERS!!!

What You'll Do

  • Lead and complete residential electrical service projects
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
  • Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
  • Represent Tom Drexler professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
  • Mentor and support junior electricians as needed

    • What We're Looking For

    Required :

  • Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed

    • Preferred :

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License
  • Experience leading or mentoring other electricians
  • Interest in professional growth and continued education
