Sr. Accountant

Sr. Accountant (Stamford, CT) : Collaborate cross-functionally on new non-routine transactions. Perform accounting research, document accounting conclusions, and implement new accounting pronouncements. Communicate the accounting implications of transactions to internal stakeholders at all levels. Work with ASC 842 lease accounting; auditing solar companies; HLBV accounting; Excel; financial modeling; public accounting, audits, and reconciliations, including consolidation accounting (ASC 810); and internal controls over financial reporting, including COSO framework. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. Req's Master's degr plus 2 yrs exp.
