What You'll Do
Under the direction of the Executive Assistant to the CEO / CFO, you'll :
- Be a key point of contact in our Corporate Office, managing calls, mail, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate meeting logistics including space, catering, parking, and set-up
- Provide administrative support for the Board of Trustees, WC Family of Companies, and Committees - managing correspondence, preparing materials, and taking minutes
- Organize travel and conference arrangements for executives
- Handle confidential materials and maintain electronic and paper records
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations
- Provide reliable back-up support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO / CFO
The Experience You Bring
Five years minimum experience supporting executive leadership or board membersStrong computer skills : Microsoft Office, Google Suite, BoardEffect & Concur familiarity a plusExceptional communication skills - verbal and writtenOrganized, detail-focused, and calm under pressureExcellent judgment, reliability, and discretionAbility to interact professionally with senior leaders and a senior populationWhy You'll Love Working Here
