Responsibilities
Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy
Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.

Communicate with Parts Department to obtain needed parts.
Examine vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
Prepare an accurate estimate of work required.
Advise service advisor of diagnosis, and if additional work is needed.
Document work performed and / or needed on repair order as per dealer and manufacturer requirements.
Attend training classes and meeting as required.
Familiarize him / herself with all technical service bulletins and recalls.
Follow all safety rules and use proper safety equipment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or the equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience.
Personal tools.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Good attitude and willingness to work.
General mechanical skills.
