Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to build data models, reporting, and dashboards to support company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable BI solutions in Tableau, transforming business requirements into intuitive dashboards

Champion development standards for data and analytics, ensuring high-quality and maintainable work through documentation and peer review

Drive user enablement and adoption of BI capabilities by creating training materials and leading workshops

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role, with relevant education or project experience

Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating complex data

Experience building and maintaining reports in a data visualization tool, preferably Tableau

A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently on well-defined projects

Experience contributing to a shared codebase or data models (e.g., dbt, Git) is preferred
