Job Summary
The Warehouse Clerk will assist the Food & Beverage department with providing Bojangles Entertainment Complex guests with an exceptional experience. The Warehouse Clerk will maintain compliance with applicable federal and state regulations regarding safety, health, and the sale of food and beverages.
Job Responsibilities
- Essential Job Duties
- Follows standard inventory controls and procedures.
- Organizes and maintains warehouse and inventory.
- Verifies the correct location of stock in the warehouse or other storage areas as it is received.
- Assist with preparing adequate amounts of food for events using the attendance and type of event as a guideline.
- Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
- Research discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends strategies to resolve and prevent.
- Maintain professional attire, image and demeanor at all times.
- Complies with all CRVA and Convention Center policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested by Concessions Manager.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Consistently deliver the best in customer service. Model and be accountable ensuring the customers are always put first by living the CRVA Service Philosophy to deliver memorable customer experiences

A High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to three years of related experience is required.Prior experience using forklift machinery (including a certification) is a plus.Knowledge of warehouse techniques preferred.Physical Demands
The employee may regularly lift and / or move up to 40 pounds.The employee is frequently required to stand and walk.Work Environment
The noise level in the work environment will vary depending on the activity in the venue.Travel Required
