We're seeking individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, and bring strong communication and customer service skills. You'll have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a dedicated team, ensuring that every vehicle and guest is treated with care and efficiency. This position will serve mostly in the evening, with shifts ranging between 11:00am 10:00pm and options for either four 10-hour or five 8-hour schedules following training. In this role, there is opportunity to:

• Greet patients and visitors with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival and departure.
• Operate vehicles entrusted to valet services safely and responsibly at all times.
• Assist with traffic flow and parking management in designated valet and garage areas.
• Follow departmental procedures for radio communication, key storage, and vehicle tagging.
• Respond quickly to valet calls and supervisor directions, maintaining urgency during peak hours.
• Inspect vehicles for any damage and immediately report issues to the parking supervisor.
• Maintain an organized log sheet and ensure accuracy in all valet-related documentation.
• Demonstrate respect, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in all customer and team interactions.

Required:

• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

• Act 31 Mandated Reporter Training within 90 days of hire or transfer
• Driver's License
• Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal
• Act 33 with renewal
• Act 34 with renewal
• Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
