Monday - Friday either five 8 or four 10 hour shifts. Approx 7a- 3pm 7a- 5pm; weekends and call optional

Types of Cases : General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB / GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy

Majority Case Type : All the above

Average Monthly Case : 1800

OB Delivery Average / Month : 325

Number of CRNAs : 25

Number of Beds : 510

Temp Expedited Privileges : Optional

EMR : Meditech

Active FL License - Required (will accept those that need to apply)

Board Certified - Required
