UPMC is hiring a full-time Office Manager to join their Horizon Dermatology team in the Hermitage / Greenville area! This position will support three practices in and around Hermitage, with travel to multiple locations being required. The Office Manager will oversee operations across three CMI Horizon Dermatology sites, one CMI Horizon Physiatry site, and three CMI providers at the Jameson Outpatient Wound Center. The Office Manager manages the timely and organized operation of the general services of the Center including scheduling, coordinating templates, coordinating all operational tasks, and assisting the director of the center on a daily basis. Ability to order all supplies utilized in the clinical area and for coordinating the maintenance of the equipment. This position will work Monday through Friday, daylight hours, with no evenings, weekends, or holidays required! Previous Office Management experience highly preferred. Responsibilities include anticipating scheduling issues when staff are not scheduled, coordinating and staffing laser templates, reviewing patient schedules routinely to troubleshoot for overbooked clinics, developing and maintaining a patient-centric culture, maintaining correspondence with the Practice Manager concerning personnel, human resource, supplies, and patient issues, ordering all supplies and services as needed for the practice, monitoring and meeting practice specific benchmarks, ensuring that the clinical environment is patient friendly, providing and coordinating maintenance on all equipment used by the clinical staff of the department. Bachelor's Degree in Health Care or Business with 1 year healthcare or management experience OR Associate's Degree in Health Care or Business with 2 years of healthcare experience or 1 year of management experience OR High School Diploma with 3 years healthcare experience or 1 year of management experience.
