We are seeking a highly skilled Attorney to join our legal team in Salem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in law and a proven track record of success in handling legal matters. As an Attorney with our organization, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and ensuring that all legal proceedings are conducted effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients pertaining to commercial litigation matters
Manage and oversee legal proceedings
Draft legal documents, including contracts and agreements
Research and analyze legal issues
Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation and regulations

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Admission to the state Bar association

Proven3+ years experience as a commercial litigation Attorney

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
