Your Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative :

  • Assist program participants with applications, enrollment, and service activation for the Lifeline Program.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about program eligibility requirements and benefits.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and courteously via phone, email, and chat.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
  • Educate participants on program guidelines and acceptable use policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
