Job Overview :

The Application Analyst, Cogito Business Intelligence Developer (BID is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of Epic Reporting (Cogito). They are primarily responsible for the overall build of the workflows, system configurations, change documentation and support of operations for Cogito. They are self-starters and will work with Application resources and Manager. The Application Analyst, BID is responsible for the installation, upgrades and the configuration of Cogito. The Application Analyst, BID assists in the coordination of end-user support activities. The Application Analyst, BID creates the test scripts for Cogito, executes the test scripts, and documents all test outcomes, including troubleshooting and support - these activities apply to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives. The Application Analyst, BID is responsible for addressing basic user or build issues, recommending mitigation plans and escalating more complex issues. The Application Analyst, BID also provides on-call support for the application through go-live and beyond.

Qualifications : Required :

• Minimum : One (1) year relevant experience in large-scale project management.
• Experience with analytical tools, visualization tools, scripting tools, and processes.
• Applicant is expected to maintain certification as current by completing New Version Training (NVT), as applicable.
• Minimum : Obtaining applicable Cogito certifications is an expectation of the role as applicable; 0-2 years preferred experience
• For certain clinical applications, clinical licensure is preferred and may be required as specified in Job Aid.
