Parts Coordinator responsibilities include identifying, locating and obtaining parts in order to meet customer’s needs. Maintains inventory control, research and order parts for customers. Must display a positive attitude toward work, be a team player, have the ability to juggle competing priorities and provide top notch customer service.

Job Requirements :

  • A minimum 2 years of experience within a Parts or Service Department
  • Possession of extraordinary customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, lift up to 40 lbs. and operate a forklift
  • Knowledgeable with aerial and earth moving equipment
  • Basic working knowledge of computer processes is necessary for day to day operations
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Experience in the construction or heavy equipment industry is a plus
  • Knowledgeable with heavy equipment brands such as Doosan
