Job descriptionDiagnose and treat a variety of common medical conditions. Manage chronic conditions, monitor patients' progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed to maintain optimal health. Educate patients about their health conditions and help them understand their treatment options, medications, and lifestyle modifications. Conduct regular physical examinations to assess a patient's overall health and detect early signs of diseases or health issues. Prescribe and manage medications, including monitoring potential side effects and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Treat common acute illnesses, injuries, and infections Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records to ensure continuity of care and coordination with other healthcare providers. Perform other duties, as needed. 2+ years of Primary Care practicing experience BC in Internal Medicine NY State Medical License MD / DO from an American Medical School Authorization to work in the United States

A healthcare facility for a large, non-profit, self-funded union / multi-employer benefit plan is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join a relaxed, collegial, friendly, and supportive care team.
About the Opportunity :
- Schedule : Monday - Friday
- Hours : 8 : 30 - 4 : 30pm
- Setting : Outpatient Office
- Patient Load : 8 Patients per day
- No night or call responsibilities
