Job Listing : In-Seat Server / Part Time @ $15 plus tips

Location : Everwise Amphitheater at White River State Park in Indianapolis, IN .

Our In-Seat Server is responsible for providing fast and efficient service by offering guests a variety of snacks, beverages and entrée items by taking orders from and delivering orders directly to the guest seat during event day performances. Our In-Seat Server will primarily service seating areas, but may be required to work in various locations throughout the venue. Our In-Seat Servers will be able to accurately answer questions about menu items and provide general information about the venue to guests.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Receive daily section assignment from management; ensure set up and stock station is set prior to guests arrival.
• Smile, greet and focus on customers when approaching them in their seats;
• Attend pre-shift or pre-event check-in meetings and follow instructions from managers and supervisors; Asking questions to ensure clear and complete understanding of needs and assignments.
• Be fully knowledgeable of menu offerings to answer customer questions accurately.
• Incorporate suggestive selling or up-selling techniques, as appropriate; Verbally confirming order back to guest to ensure accuracy.
• Process sales transactions according to Sodexo Live! standards in the proper sequence by accurately entering into POS.
