West Coast Kidney is seeking passionate and dedicated Interventional Nephrologist to join their team! Don't have interventional training but interested in learning? No problem—comprehensive training will be provided for the right candidate. As part of a nationwide, physician-led organization, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional, evidence-based kidney care while enjoying the autonomy to shape your career.

Hiring Package :

• Base salary approximately $280,000 + bonus
• Willing to train interventional nephrologist
• Work 5 days a week (after 3 years, the week may be reduced to 4 days at your discretion)
• Practice all aspects of Nephrology : Hospital, Clinic, and Dialysis
• Fair call schedule – 12-13 weekends a year and 1 weeknight every week
• Part of a 19-physician and 3 APP division team

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a salary of $280,000. Regular, full-time employees working 30 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life insurance, 401(K), and Paid Time Off (PTO).
