As an RDA with our amazing staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our families have a positive experience from the moment they walk in the door, while collaborating with our doctors and amazing front office staff.

Daily Responsibilities :

Assist the dentists during a variety of treatment procedures

Take digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions / scans (iTero preferred)

Educate families on holistic treatment plans

Prepare and organize instruments and materials for each procedure

Maintain a sterile and clean working environment

Deliver and instruct on Invisalign® aligner protocols

Support Myobrace® appliance fittings and guidance

Required Skills :

Valid Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in the state of CA

Experience with Open Dental

Knowledge of dental terminology

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills :

Experience with Invisalign® and Myobrace® systems

Proficient with iTero scanner and aligner workflows
