Strategic Account Manager - Blockchain Wallet Infrastructure

Location : Remote - US based, not Canada. EST time preferred

Compensation : $95K - $165K

Join a stellar team of leaders and experts in blockchain technology, cryptography, infrastructure, and security to build the backbone of blockchain wallet infrastructure for the next financial era. We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to own post-close success and growth across North & South America, ensuring client retention and deepening engagement with institutions, fintechs, and crypto-native firms. This is a critical commercial and technical role.

Reporting to the Head of Americas, you will act as a trusted partner to a portfolio of active accounts, guiding them through onboarding, adoption, and renewal. You will be responsible for navigating complex technical environments that combine APIs, cloud deployments, legacy systems, and regulatory requirements, driving upsells and securing long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of active institutional accounts in the Americas.
  • Lead post-close success activities, including onboarding, enablement, business reviews, and advanced support.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across client product, compliance, and leadership teams.
  • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities to grow account revenue and drive net revenue retention.
  • Lead contract renewals and commercial negotiations to secure long-term alignment.
  • Develop tailored success plans and adoption strategies for each account.
  • Act as the internal voice of the customer , partnering with the product team to align priorities and roadmap.
  • Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and key customer meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience : 6+ years in account management, customer success, or post-sales within the enterprise SaaS sector.
  • Growth Record : Proven success growing large accounts via upsell, cross-sell, and relationship development .
  • Technical Comfort : Comfortable managing technical products and complex customer workflows in regulated settings .
  • Commercial Skills : Experienced in contract negotiation, renewals, and driving net revenue retention .
  • Soft Skills : Highly organized, proactive, communicative, and able to juggle multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
  • Communication : Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves) :

  • Domain Experience : Experience with banks, payment services, or digital asset infrastructure providers.
  • Language Skills : Fluency in Spanish and / or Portuguese , supporting clients across the Americas.
