• Hotel pager call coverage
• 3 - 8 patient encounters per shift
• 918 deliveries per year
• Call response time required within 15 minutes
• Call ratio 1 : 4
• Average 5 phone consults per shift
• Both inpatient and outpatient rounding required
• Building provider pool for ongoing coverage
