Alaimo Group is seeking an experienced Architect to join our Mount Holly, NJ office. Experience should include preparation of architectural design documents and specifications for related improvements. Full-time position with a strong benefits package.

• Responsibilities :

Support and be an integral part of the Architectural / Engineering Team

Develop and evaluate project plans and design criteria for a variety of public sector architectural projects.

Prepare plans, construction cost estimates, specifications, schedules, and conduct or coordinate detailed phases of the architectural project.

• Required Qualifications and Skills include :
• 10 + years of experience in the modeling and design of architectural projects;
• Registered Architect preferred with New Jersey License
• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree;
• Experience with AutoCAD;

Strong communication and technical writing skills.

• Duties
• Develop architectural designs in line with client requirements and project specifications
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and Grasshopper for design and modeling
• Prepare construction documents, including drawings and specifications
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction professionals to ensure project success
• Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for projects
• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors
• Engage in business development activities to acquire new projects
• Qualifications
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
• Experience with software tools like Grasshopper, Bluebeam, and other design applications
• Strong understanding of construction estimating, budgeting, and contract negotiation
• Ability to engage in business development activities to drive growth
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

Pay : $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
