Licensed Therapist - Multisystemic Therapy (Hiring Immediately)

Anthony's Villa is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide treatment to youth and their families in the Erie, Seneca, and Ottawa County, Ohio community. The highly competitive compensation package includes flexible scheduling, a salary range of $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually, a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

You will collaborate with a small team and enjoy a small caseload working in a top-tier evidence-based program (See www.mstservices.com for more info. about this exceptional treatment model). Additionally, the therapist will receive full ongoing training, including all necessary materials and resources. You will also have access to a highly available supervisor and weekly clinical consultation with an expert in the treatment model to help guide you in this role.

Social workers (LSW), counselors (LPC), and marriage & family therapists (MFT) , seeking to do meaningful work with a dynamic non-profit behavioral health organization, are encouraged to apply. The clinicians responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, engaging with families and key stakeholders, and implementing therapeutic interventions.
