Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Led by a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, our team specializes in behavior intervention for individuals of all ages and diagnoses. We’re proud to serve with purpose—supporting mental health, connection, and confidence with a touch of Southern charm!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work 1 : 1 with clients in their home or community, using evidence-based behavior strategies.
  • Implement treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
  • Track progress through detailed data collection and session notes.
  • Collaborate with team members and families for the best possible outcomes.
  • Maintain open, respectful communication with all team members.

Requirements :

Educational Requirements

  • Must have high school diploma / GED

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience working with children and adolescents in 1 : 1 or classroom / group settings.
  • Must be able to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
  • Must have a valid State Driver’s License & insurance in good standing.
