You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and be part of building an amazing beauty business.

The Freelance Makeup Artist role is responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in store, always representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working as part of an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service. You will reflect the brand values and customer base, aiming to achieve sales targets through creating an exceptional experience and service. This role requires passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy along with a personalized shopping experience.

Main Duties :

Sales :

Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.

• Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
• Customer Service :

Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.

• Team Work :

Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.

• Support open communication, professionalism, and creativity.
• Operations :

Ensure the counter is ready for customers from open to close.

• Maintain cleanliness of display units, tools, and testers.
• Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment.
• Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
• Assist in executing events.
• Communicate with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
• Manage schedule, clocking in / out, and submitting timesheets accurately.
