We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-based, client-centered therapy services to individuals, couples, and / or families. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to support clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, group, and / or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
- Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings
- Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services
- Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related fieldActive and unrestricted license as an LPC or LICSW in the state of [Insert State]Minimum [1–3] years of post-licensure clinical experience preferredStrong knowledge of mental health disorders, trauma-informed care, and therapeutic techniquesProficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systemsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamPreferred Qualifications :
