As a Janitorial Supervisor at Office Pride, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall maintenance of all of the facility locations that we serve. You will be responsible for leading a multi-location team, ensuring our high standards of cleanliness are maintained across all customer locations. The candidate for this position will be an experienced servant-leader that possesses an eye for detail and takes pride in their work, and displaying a proactive approach to leading their team. To be successful as an Office Pride Janitorial Supervisor, you should demonstrate sound knowledge of various cleaning methods and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, an outstanding janitorial supervisor will display effective leadership skills to ensure the timely completion of staffs' janitorial duties. A minimum of 2 years as a successful supervisor is required. Also, the candidate must be bilingual and able to read / write both English and Spanish fluently and will work in the later afternoons and evenings.

This is a full-time position. Your primarily work schedule will be roughly 3 : 00 pm - 10 : 00 pm, Monday-Friday. However, account coverage earlier or later during the weeknights and coverage over the weekends will be required.
