• 7 on / 7 off schedule with 7am - 5pm rounding shifts
• Average 17 patients per day for rounding shifts 8 admits on admit shifts
• 24 / 7 intensivist coverage on site
• No call responsibilities or procedures required
• No ICU coverage required
• Additional admit shift options available : 7am - 5pm, 10am - 8pm, and 1pm - 11pm
• Ongoing coverage need
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
