Spain Payroll Consultant

A company is looking for a Payroll Consultant SME (Spain).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Spanish payroll processes, legislation, and compliance requirements

Support payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance

Advise on payroll best practices and process improvements for Spanish operations

Required Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience with Spanish payroll processing and compliance

Strong knowledge of Spanish payroll legislation, tax, and social security requirements

Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Demonstrated experience with workforce management (WFM) systems in daily payroll operations

Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional, global team
