Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive employee development and enhance productivity. Operational Efficiency : Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance overall performance. Resource Management : Manage resources effectively, including scheduling, equipment allocation, and workforce planning, to meet customer demands while maintaining operational cost-effectiveness. Customer Experience : Ensure a superior customer experience by implementing best practices in customer service, complaint resolution, and service quality assurance. Compliance and Safety : Uphold and enforce safety and compliance standards to create a secure work environment for all employees and maintain regulatory compliance. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in operations management or a related role within the waste management or logistics industry. Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Management experience : 3 years (Preferred) CDL Class A or B (Required) DOT Medical Card (Required) Driver History Report (MVR Required) What We Offer : Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
