EchoStar is seeking a skilled and visionary Engineering Manager to lead our AI Engineering team. This role requires strong technical leadership, cloud-native engineering expertise, and a focus on operational excellence. You will be responsible for enabling the scalable deployment of AI / GenAI applications in production environments by driving engineering standards, DevOps / MLOps practices, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor an Agile team of software engineers, MLOps, and cloud specialists delivering AI, GenAI, and agentic solutions
• Champion engineering excellence with secure, reliable, and scalable cloud-native architectures
• Establish CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing tailored to AI / ML workflows
• Partner with data science, product, and platform teams to enable rapid, compliant, and production-grade AI deployments
• Drive the technical roadmap, architectural decisions, and incident resolution while fostering a DevOps / MLOps culture of continuous improvement
• Stay current with GenAI trends and innovations to enhance system performance, reliability, and team productivity

Salary Ranges : Compensation : $110,100.00 / Year - $157,300.00 / Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
