Position Overview :

As a Channel Sales Executive, you will work with current partners to drive existing and new growth in sales, prospect new channel partners, resellers, managed service providers, and system integrators, and build new client sales opportunities, qualify inbound leads, and manage the entire sales process. You will be responsible for driving revenue through existing and new partners, as well as owning the sales process. The SMI sales team will support you throughout the sales cycle with product experts as needed.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage current partner relationships and create new growth opportunities.
  • Find new partnerships with resellers, system integrators, and MSPs.
  • Develop a prospecting plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Consistently hit sales targets (accelerated commission rate for exceeding targets).
  • Maintain accurate account status and forecasts.
  • Communicate prospect feedback to SmiForce’s Sales & Product team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new features and industry / competitor trends.

Requirements and Skills :

  • 3-5 years of sales work experience as a Channel / Partner Sales Executive (preferred)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to drive new ideas to grow existing sales
  • Excellent selling communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Compensation :

  • Salaried : Base pay plus commission
  • Acceleration : Provides accelerated commission above 100% quota
