This position offers an associate contract for the first two years, with the opportunity to become a shareholder thereafter. Type of practice :
o Multi-specialty (23 different specialties), outpatient, physician owned facility. Our main campus is in Fort Walton Beach and we also have satellite offices in Destin, Niceville, Navarre, and Crestview.
- Type of employment :
o First 2 years, associate contract position. Immediately following the 2-year Associate contract, there is the option to be voted in as a Shareholder.
o Internal Medicine : 4 doctors, 3 Allied Health Professionals
o Total in clinic : 46 doctors, 34 extenders (PA or ARNP)
o US Resident or Green Card
o Board Certified or Board Eligible (will be required to take the test after completing residency / fellowship)
