Role Overview

Rx2Go is seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Representative to expand our customer base in the Miami, Florida area. This individual will be responsible for acquiring new clients through multiple channels , building lasting relationships, and promoting Rx2Go’s logistics and pharmaceutical delivery solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude toward business development. This is a key growth position for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new customers for Rx2Go through all possible channels — including in-person visits, calls, networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships focused on trust, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct in-field sales meetings, presentations, and product / service demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Develop a clear understanding of Rx2Go’s service offerings and tailor solutions to meet client needs.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Monitor and analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure client success and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipelines, and customer communications in CRM systems.
  • Represent Rx2Go professionally at events, industry gatherings, and community engagements.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or account management — preferably within logistics, healthcare, or service industries.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client visits.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Hubspot and GSuite tools.
  • Fluent in English; Russian and Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
