We are looking for a freelance Project Coordinator for a top retail company in their Ohio offices! Responsibilities :
- Assist in the planning and implementation of project activities and timelines.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Support the project manager in managing budgets and monitoring expenditures.
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Identify and resolve issues that arise during project execution.
- Organize and participate in project meetings, ensuring action items are completed.
Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).Basic knowledge of budgeting and reporting.
