Digital Revenue Operations Lead
The Digital Revenue Operations Lead is an operations and customer-focused, results-driven role responsible for supporting the ongoing direct and programmatic sales, execution, and optimization of the Cox First Media digital product portfolio, which includes our digital assets, Search, Social, Programmatic, OTT / CTV, and Email solutions. As a Digital subject matter expert (SME), this role provides strategic guidance to sales teams and customers; leads product training; oversees campaign execution, reporting, and optimization; and executes and optimizes our programmatic monetization of our sites and apps. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring in-person collaboration in the office or on-site with customers 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in digital advertising platforms with strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results. They will work closely with the Director of Digital Revenue, the Director of Sales, the Ad Operations team, customers, and vendors.

Education : Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field. Additional requirements : Excellent internal and external customer communications Analytic and strategic thinker Working knowledge of OTT, Social, Google, Email, and DSP platforms. Experience with Google AdWords (Search, YouTube, and Display), Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, Meta Insights, Digital Reporting (Looker or equivalent). Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Ad Manager a plus Experienced in optimizing towards customer-defined KPIs Strong teamwork Problem solver Project-oriented
Compensation : Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
