We Offer

Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold

While in sales training, the potential to earn a commission when shadowing other sales associates

1 - 2 Years of Sales experience is required. We offer comprehensive training.

Once onboarded, we will provide tailored ongoing 1 : 1 support

Below are our available shifts. Schedule flexibility is available. Looking for Immediate Start and Full Time (30-40 hrs per week)

Monday through Friday, 6 : 30am - 2pm and 2pm - 9 : 30 pm

Saturday and Sunday : 7 : 30am - 2pm and 2pm to 7 : 30 pm

Here's what you’ll be doing :

Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere

Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy

Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership

Set reservations and book follow-up appointments

Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome

Administer studio tours for new guests

Answer all questions about services and the facility

Maintain clean facility, turnover / cleaning of individual sauna rooms

Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area
