 - Full‑time, Permanent, Non‑Exempt
 - Compensation : Base salary plus commissions (OTE ranges $85k‑$110k USD depending on zone)

Responsibilities
Identify & qualify high‑potential partners (agencies, system integrators, digital consultants) using data, outreach, and ABM.Build and nurture early‑stage relationships with prospective partners.Conduct discovery to assess technical and business alignment, ensuring smooth hand‑offs to Partner Account Management.Educate partners on Webflow’s value proposition and provide necessary resources.Collaborate with Marketing and Partnerships on acquisition, events, and sponsorships.Track partner‑sourced pipeline and activation metrics in Salesforce and PartnerStack.Facilitate efficient co‑selling hand‑offs among PDRs, PAMs, and AEs.Share field insights with Partner Operations to refine processes.Act as a brand ambassador for Webflow at industry events.About you
Requirements :
BA / BS degree or equivalent experience.You’ll thrive as a Partner Development Representative if you :
Have 1‑3 years of business development, channel sales, or partner acquisition experience in SaaS / MarTech.Understand agency ecosystems, creative service models, or SI businesses.Are metrics‑driven (pipeline, conversion, velocity) and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.Communicate confidently with founders and agency principals.Stay curious and open to growth, actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.Our Core Behaviors
