Job description

Join a physician-led, aesthetic medicine group with multiple locations across the Greater Philadelphia area. This is an amazing opportunity for a physician to step into a hands-on leadership role and drive provider development in a thriving, high-demand practice.

The Opportunity :

  • Step into a leadership role with a well-established, high-volume non-surgical practice offering Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP / PRF, and other regenerative procedures
  • 70% clinical / 30% administrative split, allowing you to stay hands-on while shaping the future of the practice
  • Lead and mentor a team of advanced practitioners, standardize protocols, and elevate training and safety across all sites
