About The Position

Work Setting :

🏥 Inpatient Pediatric, Newborn, and Nursery Units

🛏️ 18 beds pediatric / newborn, 5 beds nursery

📊 Avg. daily census : 8 patients

Responsibilities :

👶 Provide inpatient pediatric and newborn care

🩺 Perform procedures including lumbar punctures and circumcisions

📟 Utilize Vocera Edge pager system for communication

👩‍⚕️ Collaborate with 24 / 7 support from nursing, lab, respiratory therapy, radiology, ultrasound, PT, OT

Requirements :

✅ Board Certified Pediatrician (required)

🔧 Procedural skills : lumbar puncture, circumcision

Compensation :

💵 $2,650 per 24-hour call shift
