Content & Marketing Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Content & Marketing Operations on an 8-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

Intake and prioritize website requests for CMS content updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Oversee creative resource management and project management for Dotcom CMS-led projects

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance data of marketing content to inform strategic decisions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field

8+ years of proven experience in content management, preferably in a fintech or related industry

Strong project management skills with a successful track record of managing complex projects

Proficiency in using CMS, with experience in Contentful or similar tools preferred

Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques (a bonus)
