ABA Behavior Technician

The Lighthouse Childrens Home seeks a compassionate and dedicated ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Behavior Technician to join our supportive environment focused on the recovery and rehabilitation of teenage girls. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will implement behavior analytic services to help our residents develop personal skills while guiding them towards more positive behavior and interactions. This role requires an empathetic approach, tailored to meet individual resident needs based on therapeutic plans developed by our supervising BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
