This job schedules all patients for procedures, appointments, and / or tests using the appropriate company applications.

Education Required

High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Experience Required

2 years of related experience. Clinical experience working as a medical assistant and / or scheduling in a medical environment is preferred.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs)

• Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic secretarial skills including professional phone skills, filing, proof reading.
• Excellent customer service and decision making skills and ability to be self-directed, function independently, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize workload.
• Ability to adapt to change in a positive, constructive manner.
• Ability to travel throughout and between facilities and work a flexible work schedule.
