Summary :

Per diem opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join an established and growing home health care agency. Most work is remote and in the homes of patients. Clinicians are paid for each completed visit and documentation. The work schedule is dependent on patient needs.

This is an excellent opportunity to work independently providing care to patients in their homes. Therapists work collaboratively with nurses and other disciplines providing care, education, and support to patients and their caregivers.
