Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned categories.

Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.

Supplier Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, or compliance.

Inventory & Cost Control

Collaborate with inventory and finance teams to manage stock levels and reduce excess inventory.

Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, operations, and finance to align procurement with project timelines and budgets.

Support product development by sourcing new materials and components.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Mitigate supply chain risks through proactive planning and contingency strategies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).

5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain, with a focus on contract and risk management.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software.

Knowledge of global sourcing and vendor compliance standards.

Must be a team player, self-directed, show initiative.

High level of enthusiasm, energy, and motivation to learn and succeed.

Exhibits attention to detail, sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize when presented with multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
